It was suggested by a friend that I contact Mr Jones about real estate when I planned retirement to the Las Vegas Valley. Upon doing so we planned on meeting on a date. Mr Jones met me at the airport upon my arrival and dropped me off at my hotel. The following day Mr Jones and I visited a selection of available houses that fit the needs of my family. One in particular met our every needs and when I asked details of location to schools, churches, shopping and distances, Mr Jones already had a map made for this particular neighborhood that provided these details. The price was right, everything good so I had my wife fly in the next day for her approval. BOTTOM LINE: I was treated like a "special" person, treated with what Mr Jones called "midwest values" reflecting the area he came from 15 years ago. These values need to be provided by ALL real estate agents. After the entire purchase went smooth and we were settled in our new home I knew I had already met a new friend that could be trusted. My "money" is on "Dave Jones".

In today's crazy housing market buying or selling a house can seem like an epic nightmare. In our case we were doing both, and my wife and I knew that we would need a really good real estate agent to guide us through. We talked to a few "big name" local agents and seemed like they were handling a ton of clients and might not be able to provide the focus we were looking for. I travel for work and knew that I would not have a lot of time to deal with multiple people and follow up with an agent. When we talked with Brian it was clear that he was going to be very dedicated in working with us on the both the sale of our house and the purchase of our future home. Brian exceeded all of our expectations. What we liked about Brian: -We dealt with Brian - Not Brian's helpers or assistants -Listened...to both of us and really took time to understand what we wanted -Respectful of our time - We didn't see a bunch of crumby houses and waste time. He did his homework and we saw houses that were relevant -Communication - Lights out! He was always accessible through e-mail, text and phone. -Knowledge - Like a boss! He knew the areas, the schools and was very honest and forthcoming about the pros & cons of each area. -Keeps his cool - and helps you keep your cool! Things pop up and he was always there to talk us through options and our best path forward. -We were part of the strategy - He didn't go rogue on us. Brian talked to us and solicited our input through negotiations and all decisions. I can keep going, but all the reviews on Brian say the same thing. He is a solid agent to work with and he will make the buying and selling experience as simple and painless as possible. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our sale and our new home!

FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS OR NOTaEUR|. PLEASE Use Brian!!! If you are looking for someone who will genuinely care about your likes / dislikes and works real hard to get you into a nice house, then please work with Brian. We got introduced to Brian through word of mouth from 2 of my best friends who purchased a house and they had some great review. I know one of them is extremely demanding and nitpicking and over cautious in his approach, but he was over satisfied, which tells me Brian is an epitome of patience. We used Brian for both buying and selling our house and he did it with such professionalism and close each of these within a 2 week gap, in spite of all the roadblocks, flood zones, appraisals, and other crazy bank requests all with a smile on his face. When he knows his customer likes something he goes above and beyond to get it done for them. But, what made me completely trust Brian, is he does the work like he would do it for his own house. I say this cause, when my wife and I started this process, we almost narrowed down a house which was $90K more than our current place, but the moment Brian new it was not a good buy he wanted to make sure we were aware of everything and made sure we did not end up in a bad place and immediately started a new house search. If he only focused on his commission he could have made us take the other place and said adios.
