We contacted Theresa after our landlord notified us that they would be putting the house on the market, giving us only a few months to find a new home. Theresa informed us about the current market in the area and put us in touch with a great mortgage broker to get pre-approved for a loan. We wanted to find a house in the same community, making our search quite challenging given the very low inventory of single family houses. Two weeks later, we saw a house that we absolutely loved. Theresa helped us prepare a very competitive offer and later that day we found out our offer had been accepted! From there, Theresa guided us through the entire closing process, checking in multiple times a week to update us on the progress. She is knowledgeable, responsive and well connected with professionals in the area.
