I can not express how highly I would recommend Michael to anyone who is in need of a realtor. Michael just recently helped me sell my house. During the process he was very quick to respond to any email or text message that I sent, and was always professional in his responses. He wanted to make sure that he was as transparent as possible with me during the entire process. Also, he wanted to make sure that I felt like I was a part of the entire process, so he checked with me about everything. He made sure that I was given plenty of notification when someone was interested in doing a walk through of the house. If another realtor was running late or long on a house walk through he was very quick to make sure that I knew, so that I wouldnt be caught by surprise, and could adjust my plans accordingly. Lastly, on accident there were a couple of late night texts that I had sent (I was tied up at work without my phone near me) and he would get back to me first thing in the morning, even earlier than typical business hours usually. When he got the listing he did an initial walk through of the house, and told me a couple of quick things that I should take care of that would help the presentation of the house in comparison to some of the other houses that were on the market in my area that he had walked through. While the house was on the market he did a second one to see if there were any other things that he could recommend to help me sell faster. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be done due to some of the really bad thunderstorms, and so I had asked Michael if he knew of anyone that he would recommend for the repairs. He knew some high quality decently priced people, and on the rare occasion that he did not know of someone, he reached out to other agents that he has worked with in the past. This was especially important to me, seeing how I am newer to the Phoenix area, and was not sure who to use. Then the big moment happened, someone was interested in my house. They put in a reasonable offer. Michael advised me that there was room for negotiation on that, and helped me figure out the best way to make sure that I got as much money as possible. His negotiation skills were amazing, I got about $5,000 more out of the reasonable offer when all was said and done. When the house was closing Michael made sure to keep me well informed with everything that was going on. He even advised me about how people commit wire fraud and to make sure to check with him before doing anything money wise to make sure it was legit. He worked really hard to make sure that I got as much money as possible and he even got the seller to bump up their closing date by 10 days for a faster close, so I wouldnt owe another months mortgage payment on a house I was selling.
