We are so lucky! Amy responded to a lead that she received when I requested more info through Trulia on a house in Gonzales, La. I was immediately bombarded by agents who were happy to help. However, Amy definitely set herself apart. I explained to her that the house is absolutely perfect for us except that we wish we could move it and put it on a 1/2 acre! (the lot was too small for our tastes) Haha. Amy was quick to put together a simple mls list of links to 4 more homes that she thought might interest us but was never ever pushy! I decided to contact her a week or so later. She has since been diligent in honing in on more homes that line up with our tastes and needs. She is so laid back and super knowledgeable about the buying/lending process. I would recommend her to anyone, especially hard-working families like ourselves looking to purchase our first home!
