We had never owned a home, nor had we been exposed to the process of purchasing a home before we started our Journey with Adam. From the first conversation we had with him, we were confident that we had made the right choice. His name was well known with our lenders and insurance agent which was also very reassuring. He worked hard behind the scenes to make the process as streamlined for us as possible. We were especially impressed with his response time with questions about the process and his ability to reassure/educate us regarding uncertainties along the way! He made us feel comfortable asking questions and provided everything we needed to make highly-informed decisions along the way. He never made us feel pressured to make a purchase as he gave honest testimony of the properties that we looked at, which made us feel more like it was truly our decision when we found the right home. His openness and honesty with the process left no surprises for us in the end. He has a great sense of humor as well which made looking at properties an even more enjoyable experience! We would absolutely work with Adam again if/when the time comes to make another home purchase.
