Adam helped us tremendously in our home purchase. He listened to our requirements (my wife and I have very different opinions on houses) and was able to narrow down our search until we found a great fit for both of us. He displayed nothing but patience while we tried to figure out just what we were looking for, and was a pleasure to work with the whole time. When looking at a house he would offer feedback and give honest assessments of properties, highlighting the positive and potential negatives of the properties. It never seemed like he was forcing an opinion or had an agenda outside our interests. He didnt try to sell us the highest priced property, but instead showed us a range of options and let us decide where we wanted to go. When it came time to close, he showed a lot of knowledge of the entire purchasing process and we were never left wondering what we should do. Ive worked with several realtors in the past, but Adam is the only one I feel comfortable recommending to my family and friends.
