You will not find a better buyers agent than Dan. This was my first home purchase and he was incredible every step of the way, from helping me understand what to look for, asking the right questions, supporting me through the decision making process and most importantly, once I knew which home I wanted, he acted right away to make sure I got it. His expertise of the local market and of real estate transactions shone through every step of the way and I never questioned for a moment that I could trust him and that he had my best interests in mind. He was completely transparent throughout the entire process and made sure I knew and understood everything that was happening. He took the time to give me his insights on every single property I even wanted to look at and always gave me 100% of his attention and expertise. Dan was representing the seller of a condo I was interested in, and he was extremely responsive to any questions that I had about the property. When the private buyer of my condo was unable to proceed, he gladly took on that responsibility and found a buyer almost immediately. He skillfully managed that sale, giving useful advice on fixing up the unit and negotiating the price. I learned that Dan had also represented the seller of my current unit and the buyer of my former unit, showing that they were so satisfied with his expertise that they sought him out again. I highly recommend Dan to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home. He is personable, responsive, and knowledgeable in the area of metro Boston real estate. Working with Alex was incredible - 10/10 would recommend! I was a first time home buyer and was anxious about the process but Alex walked me through every step of the way. She took the time to explain all of the details of how we could construct our offer to be the most competitive making the entire process so much less daunting. Her advice helped me get the home I fell in love with. Once our offer was accepted, and faced with unresponsive sellers, Alex worked tirelessly to keep our closing on track. When the sellers said they had yet to schedule a fire alarm inspection, Alex reached out to the fire chief to try to get us on the schedule herself. Even after closing Alex continues to check in and has been an amazing resource with helping us set up all the accounts for our new HOA. Thank you Alex!
