Real estate purchase is as intimidating as it sounds but Valerie made the process so much more enjoyable. To start, she scheduled a buyer strategy meeting where she explained the process of buying a home, the expectations, and answered all of my questions for an entire afternoon. She has a really good list of contacts of lenders which I think is so crucial for a buyer. Her contacts are all super friendly and not stressful to talk to, informational, and I was able to get a rate so low compared to the national average that I referred the lender to my coworker who was also shopping for real estate. Another bonus I liked working with Valerie was that she didnt make me feel that I was rushed to deciding on a home. There was a period of time when I felt like I wasnt invested in the idea, and Valerie would occasionally check in but never was pushy. It made me feel like I was kept in the loop of the market even though I hadnt done the work for it. When I finally found my home, Valerie prepared a comp to convince the seller that our offer was competitive and fair, and I was able to come in under the asking price in this market! I would highly recommend Valerie to anyone looking for an experienced realtor who can help guide them to the smoothest purchasing experience possible.
