I can gladly say that I am satisfied with the service, experience, and overall turnout. Isella and her team were very helpful in obtaining my first home. Isella is a great communicator and can explain everything from the simplest to the simplest. Isella was very patient with my family and me when we were viewing homes. She helped us with our search by creating home lists. During the signing, she could explain every document thoroughly in English and Spanish. As a first homeowner, I can say that I am glad I chose to work with Isella; she's accommodating and easygoing. Even though we have closed on a house already, Isella has not gone ghost. Isella has checked up on us to see how things are going. When I ask Isella for advice, whether it is to my payments to my home warranty, she's been able to give us advice. Thank you. Isela is a great realtor. Isela did a wonderful job in helping us sell our home. We needed to coordinate several items in order to sell the home. Roof repair, scheduling viewings, working with the buyers and their realtors. In each of these cases, Isela did great. She had a great contact that helped us with the roof repair, she was flexible with viewings and kept to our schedule even though we were the ones selling. She took care of her sellers when working with the buyers and buyer agents. It was a great experience in working with her. She is very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. If she didnt know immediately she found out for us and got back to us quickly. If you need a realtor who cares for your whether your buying or selling a home she will not dissapoint.
