We were very nervous about dealing with an agent out of state (we were moving from GA to Elon, NC) but we quickly learned that we were in the best of hands with Tanya. She listened to all of our needs, which were very specific and helped us narrow down our list. Upon physically reviewing the properties Tanya ensured that we saw the entire neighborhood for that property as well as showing us the shopping areas, schools and parks. We never felt pushed towards one property nor was she put out when we immediately knew that a property was not for us. We did find the perfect home for us from our initial list and Tanya made the buying process completely painless. She was very informative during negotiations and always ensured that she, as our voice to the buyer, was doing exactly what we wanted. We were always on be same page. She was on site during the home inspection and was able to give us a detailed, first hand account of the inspection. She was with us every step of the way answering questions and following up to ensure that all was in perfect order for closing. Her help didnt stop after closing as she has helped us with finding local services once we official moved. We would not hesitant to have Tanya assist us again and gladly recommend her as a true professional who will look out for your best interests.

Tanya worked with my husband and me for over a year to find and purchase our perfect home. She was great from beginning to end. She found lovely older properties at our request and had valuable input on choosing a home. She researched properties that I found on Zillow. We were first time home buyers so she totally held our hand throughout the process. We never felt pushed in a direction that we didnt like or rushed into a bad choice. I really felt that we could trust her to help us and to represent us. I was particularly impressed with Tanyas negotiation skills. She helped us get an amazing deal on a great home and she negotiated with the sellers to pay for significant updates. Friends and family told us how horrible and arduous the home buying process was but we felt that it was actually pretty smooth and easy. She is really savvy about the local market and has great connections to builders/electricians/plumbers, etc. I would recommend Tanya without reservation.
