The professionals at the Wethman Group led by Katie Wethman are excellent educating their clients and at what I would call professional patience. What differentiated Katie over other agents was her desire to educate me on the home search and purchase process and help me feel comfortable with the major financial decision I was undertaking. Unlike other agents she treated me as a partner in the search for the right property. As an architect I had a unique design style in mind and she joined me on a discovery process to many homes, many areas and neighborhoods that were very unique and certainly not the best solution for my situation. Katie took each step with me as a learning endeavor to what I was looking for in a home. She was calm, guiding and patient which eventually led me to the home that I purchased.

On the anniversary of my first home purchase, I write to thank the incredible team that helped me close the deal and live worry-free for an entire year. The Wethman Group made a compelling lunch time presentation about the benefits and drawbacks of either renting or buying in the DC Metro area. It was essentially a one-hour seminar, for first-time and experienced homebuyers at Accenture, where Katie Wethman explained in detail the intricacies of the current real estate market. I knew immediately this was the group with which I wanted to work. I followed-up with Katie Wethman who introduced me to a member of her team ? Tiffany Rogers Murray. I worked exclusively with Tiffany over the course of Summer 2017. Below are a few reasons I?d work with Tiffany from the Wethman Group many times over. First, my experience with Tiffany began with a phone call where she listened to my needs and only made recommendations that were within the criteria I set. Tiffany was an excellent listener and a dedicated agent working to check off every requirement on my list?trust that my list was comprehensive and included conditions on which I would not budge. Second, she was responsive and always available to provide further detail, often an in-depth explanation, when I wasn?t familiar with a concept. We would email, chat, or text. Third, she was organized and punctual. For example, we would schedule at least seven appointments within proximity of each other when touring homes and she?d make sure we timed each visit appropriately to make each appointment. She?d frequently ask that I communicate my observations and rank each home after we visited to be sure I neither lost track of my favorites nor forgot what each place had to offer. And when it was time to place an offer, she moved expeditiously?I?d have papers to sign by the next morning. Fourth, she was patient and a pleasure to be around. I could look freely and make decisions at my desired pace. She made me feel comfortable and eventually she had met my entire family, which felt the same. Ultimately, Tiffany is well informed and simply great at what she does. Home buying can be extremely stressful. I felt my emotions fluctuate like the temperatures we endured during that August. I experienced bursts of excitement, anxiety, disappointment, and joy in a few short months. However, the Wethman Group guided and supported me through the entire process (think touring homes to settlement). And this team still sends follow-up emails to provide home goods such as pies during the holidays or moving trucks and lawn tools. While it was my first home purchase, it was not my first time working with a realtor. If this recommendation is not screaming ?Go Tiffany!? then I?ll state it plainly. Tiffany was the best realtor I?ve worked with and I?d recommend her service without hesitation. Not only did I find the perfect home, but also, I made a friend along the way.

I was living in Hawaii and determined to buy a condo in DC in the spring market. I was connected with Bridget Hodge from the Wethman group. Bridget was SO easy to talk with and set me up with all the right alerts, and educated me on the competitive DC real estate market. She also connected me with a reputable mortgage broker to assure smooth sailing when I did identify a property I wanted. She was responsive, knowledgeable, tenacious, patient, understanding and always answered my relentless questions with the cheeriest of attitude. I cannot rave enough about or Bridgets professionalism, skills, talents, attitude, and customer service. Even from 6 time zones away and when she never even met me!! She was always lightning quick to respond even thought it was really late DC time. She had infinite patience in explaining to me the hard realities of the DC housing market in springtime. I flew in from Hawaii for ONE DAY to see the units I was interested in and Bridget miraculously arranged for us to see 12 properties in 8 hours from Capitol Hill, Adams Morgan, and Shaw and get us to the airport 8 hours later. She had to be meticulously organized for us to make the most of the one day one the ground. I was already in love with Bridgets customer service from afar but I was overwhelmed with respect and appreciation when she organized a very strategic, productive, and fruitful day that allowed me to see EVERYTHING I wanted. I saw a property I liked and then Bridget was a tireless advocate in negotiating with the seller, finding an inspector and even escorting him into my property while I was still in Hawaii. When we had a problem with the property at the last minute, Bridget defended my interests and made sure I got what I was due. Bridget looks out for her clients and treats them like they and their property search is the most important thing in the world. Thanks to Bridget I saw the property on March 17th and closed on April 30th even-though I was constantly dropping the ball on my end... she kept me on track to ensure our success. I got a property I love in the area I was seeking for a crazy deal. She took care of EVERYTHING. It was BY FAR the best house buying experience Ive ever had. I cant say enough about Bridget... I will DEFINITELY use her to buy or sell again. I know she is at the top of her game, knows everything, gives honest, unbiased advice, is patient and understanding and on top of all that, she is a great, fun, and wonderful person.
