As a first time home buyer, I was very weary of the process and the stress it would bring, but jaquie could not have made it easier on us! She walked us through every step with detailed explanations and expert guidance. She took our house hunting wish list and curated a wide range of showings that highlighted nearly every corner of what we asked for, in varying price ranges and locations. On location, she stood back and let us lead our own walkthrough experience, taking notes on our likes and dislikes, while carefully answering any questions that we had without overt opinions on what we should be purchasing. She was patient, showing us more than a dozen houses, with each showing a more narrow selection based on our previous walkthroughs. Seeming like a never ending process, jaquies calming presence reduced the big picture into a step by step, carefully planned operation, leading us to the aEUR~perfect forever home. If ever we find the need to buy another house, well look no further and I would recommend her to anyone I know, or even dont know.

Scott, and his colleague, Jacquie, were an absolute dream! As first time home buyers, my husband and I needed a lot of help (1) finding our dream home and (2) navigating the home buying process. Scott and Jacquie made this process so easy. They were both extremely responsive to all of our questions, were patient with us while we were searching for our first home (we never felt rushed or pressured to make any type of decision - Scott and Jacquie wanted us to feel our house was perfect for us before submitting an offer), were extremely knowledgeable in the home buying process and were a fantastic guide on topics ranging from mortgage shopping to home improvements. On top of their wealth of knowledge and professionalism, both Scott and Jacquie are very warm and friendly individuals who earnestly wanted their clients to be happy in their home buying experience.
