" Michael was a great relator. Me and my wife came to Chattanooga in Sep 2022, it was a last minute trip but we were hoping to check out the local housing market. Out of the several relator that we reached out, Michale was the only one responded and was willing to show us around whenever, wherever, no question asked and not even expecting us choosing him to represent us. I event told him that we probably wouldn't be ready for a year or so. Moving forward, we finally got ready and decided to get our first house. We were in a different state while Michael would go to different houses that we are curious about, call me on Skype and share his opinion for each location, what he believes are pros and what he believes are cons. We finally made an offer with his help, then there were lots issue with the builder since this was a new construction, Michael again stepped up and he made sure to keep me updated every single day even when he doesn't have an update from the builder he would let me know he is on it and will follow up. After we closed the deal, he would still call me and just checking in to see how we are doing. He always says, come for the home, but stay for the friendship. Give him a call and you will hear how sincere he is, he won't let you down if you are thinking of moving! "
