Jake was incredible! He sold our home in a week!!!! A WEEK!!!! We really liked how he advertised our home. It was all over the place! He was very positive and encouraging. He answered all of our many questions and was always available. He was so helpful and kind and professional. He listened to our likes and dislikes while house hunting and found houses that fit our criteria. We were very impressed with Jake, and how he was committed to finding our dream home. Due to our crazy schedule we were usually only availble to look at houses early in the morning and Jake was very accommodating to our schedule!!! He is going to go that extra mile...he is going to think outside the box on ways to get your house seen by potential buyers.. and he is going make sure you are satisfied. He is going to do all these things and more, with honesty, quality, and intergrity.

Jacob and his team were referred to us by a colleague. We really enjoyed working with the Barnhill team. We were first time home buyers, so having Jacob walk us through everything was really helpful.He did an excellent job listening to what we wanted and gave us pertinent information to help make the house hunting experience easy and fun. We felt Jacob was patient, informative, and helped us find the perfect home. He also provided us with excellent referrals (e.g., lender, inspection personnel) that made the process smooth. Jacob and his team communicated a goal of working with us after close to help with everything (e.g., getting property tax set up, etc). In this sense, his team doesn't leave you high and dry after the closing documents are signed.There was some miscommunication the weekend prior to close regarding fees in the Closing Disclosure. Jacob and his team were receptive to my feedback and quickly rectified the situation to my satisfaction. In this sense, I felt the Barnhill team lived up to their business motto of providing first class customer service. We would work with them again when it comes time for house #2!
