I don't like real estate agents in general. I group them with car salesmen in that regard. Given this, perhaps the highest praise I can give is that Kevin became a friend, and for us when working with someone, liking and trusting them is the most important thing, Kevin is, in this sense, was the most likeable and trustworthy agent I have had the pelasure of knowing. Kevin was an exceptional agent. He has a natural ability to build rapport, and to provide as much (or as little) guidance as you need. He showed us home after home, was incredibly responsive, and helped us explore both new towns and new house types until we found the one we were looking for. He assisted in all stages, helped us work on a rental agreement for our current house and the process for getting the new one. We are lucky to habe been put in contact with him through zillow, and I have no doubt he is the reason our sale was the pleasurable experience that it was.
