Sylvie found the perfect home for us several years ago, and recently helped us sell it (in ten days!!) when we relocated out of the city. She worked around the clock, promptly responding to e-mails, texts and calls even at ungodly hours. She and her assistant went above and beyond through every step of the process. We had relocated and needed to have professional cleaning and painting done. Sylvie and her team went and met contractors and let them in, went back and locked up when workers were done, and ran to the cleaning company office to pick up paperwork--all things that we should have done but couldn't because we were out of town. I told Sylvie that she had put in way too much work for the commission she was earning on the sale of our condominium. I cannot speak highly enough of Sylvie's work ethic, courtesy and professionalism, positive attitude, and technical expertise.

My husband and I used Kevin for the purchase of our recent investment home in Williams, Arizona. As real estate investors who invest in short-term rentals nation-wide, Kevin is the 5th Realtor we have used in the last 4 years alone, and by far, the best!We know that sending a letter to the seller is a great strategy, but sadly, we have always had to be the ones to bring this up when working with other Realtors in the past. Not only did Kevin bring it up this time, but he also recommended that we change our strategy with how to write the letter, when we learned there were multiple offers on the table regarding the home we wanted to make an offer on.Also, we were impressed with the survey Kevin sent us as we were about to make our offer. None of the other Realtors we had ever worked with, had put this much thought and detail into this process. The survey had several questions that sought to understand our preferences with how aggressive we wanted our offer to be, and what our tolerances were in acquiring our desired home.Had we used another Realtor, we may not have even closed on this home. It is such a tough market out there. Kevin's attention to detail and his edge enabled us to secure an outstanding investment as a short term rental. We are thrilled!
