When I decided to fully retire, I had a rental property to sell. I knew there was some work to be done and it was just a one-bedroom house, so I knew it might take some time to find a suitable buyer. A friend of mine requested that I contact Chris Imel because he was familiar with selling as is properties. Chris had his associate come out to take pictures of the property and had it listed on the MLS as soon as I agreed to have him list it .
