The first time we used Britney it was to purchase a home. Her attentiveness to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile regarding this purchase made it an easy decision to hire her again 18 months later to help us sell the property. Britney is a local realtor who knows the area very well. She was able to objectively point out the pros and cons of each property we looked at and helped us to make an educated decision. Once the negotiations started Britney was on contact with us almost on a daily basis to make sure we knew what was happening and what to expect. During the selling process 18 months later it was Britney who made sure our property was given the exposure it needed to guide us to an agreeable and timely sale. The A Team delivered as promised! Amber met with my wife and I at our home in Graham and carefully explained how her marketing plan works and why it is so effective in Alamance County. She then did a site inspection of the house; conducted a thorough investigation of area comps; and recommended a competitive price point that we all agreed on. Next, she scheduled an incredibly talented photographer to capture the look and feel of the home and then it was off to the races. Within four days of having our property listed online, we had three solid offers to which Amber responded with a request for their best offers. By day six we sold the home to the highest bidder at $7,000 above the asking price. During the entire process, Amber and the A team kept us apprised of all developments in a very professional manner.
