I was tasked with finding a realtor in Big Bear Lake 2 days before Thanksgiving. We were located 500 miles north of Big Bear in the SF Bay Area. After reading the positive reviews about Rahill Realty, I took a chance and gave them a call. We were lucky to have Brad King answer the phone (even though a lot of people were not working that week aEUR" Brad was!) I explained we were planning to purchase a company cabin in the Big Bear Lake area for our employee use and could he send me some links to properties. Within hours Brad had emailed several listings for me to pass on to the owners of my company. With the holidays, Thanksgiving and then ChristmasaEUR|we were not too focused on finding the property, luckily Brad was and he continued checking in via email and voicemail to see if there was anything he could do. After the New Year, we asked for more listings that were on the lake, with a specific price range. Again, Brad immediately sent links, follow up emails and called to check in. On March 10, 2017 aEUR" my boss flew to Big Bear Airport, Brad of course picked her up and the proceeded to tour the homes he had handpicked for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the comps and the market. A total go-getter. We went with the one he thought was our fit and we closed on April 3rd! Hes continued to check in aEUR" meet with delivery folks for us, help us with getting all our utilities and vendors set up. We will be managing this property from the Bay Area so it has been extremely critical having Brads help and commitment getting it set up. We really appreciate all he has done for us and highly recommend this agent and his company!

I found Brad King in the Clever RE services site, which offers RE sales & buying services for lower costs WITHOUT sacrificing services. We were setting up to sell our 2nd home in Lake Arrowhead, CA. From the very start Brad and his team were responsive and willing to assist, even though we were not a $Million transaction by any measurement. He met with us, gave us some realistic expectations, and the entire process was simple and straight forward. Brad was our quarterback, navigating us through the crazy RE selling process, which we had not go through in many years...crazy with all the paperwork.... Can't say enough about his personal and professional service.....from his communication skills to his knowledge of the market (esp. in the niche area of Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear, CA).
