Jeff and his Team are, for lack of better words, AMAZING. A I have bought and sold a few homes in my life, and it is always a hassle. A Always chasing down someone for something. A Always asking for updates. A Never feeling secure in the process. A This is not the case with Jeff. A I hired Jeff to help me sell my beloved Big Bear historic A-Frame, after having to sever a relationship with my first Realtor, for multiple sketchy reasons. A With Jeff, I have never felt so relaxed, so confident, so at peace during what is usually a nerve wracking process. A He was always available. A Always. A He never let more than a day or so pass without giving me an update... even if there was nothing to update. A Haha! Needless to say, the sale went so smoothly, and I sold my home after less than a week on the market, for way over what I expected, but definitely what the home was actually worth. A The other reason I love Jeff and his team is, this is a small firm, so you know you are not only supporting locals who know the area, but also, you never get passed off to another agent or assistant like you do at these bigA name firms. A It was Jeff from beginning to end. A Unlike with my prior Realitor, who was a hot shot with a big firm, I never questioned Jeff's loyalty. A I knew Jeff wasn't going to try and get me to sell for less than my home was worth, to a client of one of his buddies. He didn't have big real estate firm quotas to meet. A He was there, for me, and what was best for me and my home. A You can't go wrong hiring Jeff as your agent. A Period. A I now consider him family.
