She was very responsive from Monday thru Sunday. If we had a question she was quick to respond whether by phone or email. If we had a family joint call she was available on very short notice. Throughout the sale she kept the process moving forward with quick turnarounds. What made the sale difficult was that we (the three sellers) were in three different states. At the beginning, we (sellers) set the sale price about $5,000 above Valerie's suggested asking price. The final sale amount was about $4,000 below Valerie's suggested price but $4,000 above the appraised value.Every day that the house remained on the market, we incurred carrying costs (utilities, insurance, taxes, lawn care, etc.). After a long period of cleaning out the house, we (sellers) wanted the house to sell as quickly as possible. We were fortunate to have a buyer and a Realtor to get the sale done.
