Suzanne is an excellent and caring realtor, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to the property and housing market. She knows what customers want and expect to see when they walk into a house. On her first visit to my house, she provided me with advice on several small things (rugs, paint colors, arrangement of furniture), which changed the look of my house in a big way. These details weren't provided to me when I previously attempted to sale my home with someone else (different realtor), who didn't make the recommendations, and left my house unsold. After she photographed my house, using top notch photography equipment, she had my house under contract within (4) hours of it being listed on the market. The first clients she brought forth were great people and our home met their expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sale a home or property. She will definitely go above and beyond to meet your expectations, and I've thanked the friend who referred me to her countless times.
