I found Kathy online through Zillow and other reviews; she helped me find and navigate my real estate purchase. I closed and moved into my new condo after a few months of search and am absolutely thrilled. Kathy was patient, highly knowledgeable and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She gave me detailed feedback and notes in reading through HOAs (which he has great expertise in reviewing) and contracts, pointing me in a good direction with lenders, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. Going through the home-buying process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for her guidance. She was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner. I cant imagine having a more positive experience and recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this stressful market. Thanks Kathy!

If I had the option to giver a 0 instead of 1 I would. I was in a market to rent a bigger place then currently in and I found one. Kathy Szram was the realtor showing the place at first everything was good, seen the place liked it a lot also I wanted my husband to see it before we make a decision. Called her couple times never answered her phone so finally after so many times calling her she told me she will get back to me and never did. So I called a realtor that I worked with before to show us the place and my husband liked it also so we decided to get it. Next morning I get a text message from Kathy Szram saying that I cant believe you switched me!! Forget about the property you dont qualify for it!! I was shocked to see that what kind a person does that just because she wont get the full amount for the service. She made a decision based on her liking not my qualifications I think thats wrong and unprofessional, selfish, greedy. As a shopper I should be able to use any realtor I want and i has to because she would not return any of my calls. Please buyers / renters be advise from her if you have the option to use some else do it or you will go through what I did.
