The real estate business is full of realtors that are only able to 'act' like they know what they're doing. That's NOT true with Dan Rollings though. I've used Dan multiple times over the past 15yrs to both buy and sell homes and he's one of the few realtors that actually knows what he's talking about and is easy to work with. The previous two homes he sold for me went to multiple offers within 24hrs of being listed and both closed for more than the asking price. He accomplishes this via his vast overall knowledge of his profession, up to date knowledge of the local markets and his ability to use alternative advertising practices ~ he doesn't just list your property on-line and wait like other realtors. I've also used Dan to buy my previous 2 homes and I couldn't be happier with the price we ended up at. Both purchase transactions went extremely smooth and closed on time. Don't waste your time and money on other realtors~ Use Dan and make the most money you can on the sale of your property and get the best deal available on the purchase of your next home!
