The real estate business is full of realtors that are only able to 'act' like they know what they're doing. That's NOT true with Dan Rollings though. I've used Dan multiple times over the past 15yrs to both buy and sell homes and he's one of the few realtors that actually knows what he's talking about and is easy to work with. The previous two homes he sold for me went to multiple offers within 24hrs of being listed and both closed for more than the asking price. He accomplishes this via his vast overall knowledge of his profession, up to date knowledge of the local markets and his ability to use alternative advertising practices ~ he doesn't just list your property on-line and wait like other realtors. I've also used Dan to buy my previous 2 homes and I couldn't be happier with the price we ended up at. Both purchase transactions went extremely smooth and closed on time. Don't waste your time and money on other realtors~ Use Dan and make the most money you can on the sale of your property and get the best deal available on the purchase of your next home! Couldn't be happier with his service!

I CALLED DAN WE WERE LOOKING FOR A HOME HE WENT WAY ABOVE WHAT WE ASKED HIM TO DO HE IS GREAT AS A PERSON AND AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT HER IS THE BEST HE WILL TREAT YOU VERY FAIR AND HE WILL TAKE HIS TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT THANKS VERY MUCH DAN FROM DICK AND SANDY HE TOOK HIS TIME AND SHOWED US 6 HOUSE AND LET US MAKE UP ARE MIND HE SAID HE WOULD SHOW US AS MANY HOMES AS WE WANTED TO LOOK AT AND TOLD US TO TAKE ARE TIME AND FIND THE HOME WE WANTERD NEVER ONCE PUT PRESSURE ON US TO BUY A HOME NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY OH THIS HOME WOULD BE GREAT FOR US JUST KEEP TAKING OR TIME AND FIND THE RIGHT HOME WAS THERE ALL THE TIME WHEN WE CALLED SENT US NEW LISTING ALL THE TIME ANSWERED ANT THING WE ASKED OF HIM ALWAY SHOWED US THE HOMES WE PICKED OUT TO LOOK AT GAVE US AND POINTED OUT THE GOOD AND THE BAD THINGS THAT WE HAD ASKED OF HIM PUT NEVER ONCE TO HE TRY TO PUSH ANY HOME HE IS SOME ONE YOU CAN TRUST AND WILL ALWAY BE THERE
