Kevin is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. As first-time home buyers, we needed a lot of help and guidance, and Kevin gave us that in spades. He examined the houses more carefully than we did, and he looked out for things we didn't even know to look for. He had great perspective and guidance on prices, comps, potential renovations, neighborhoods, etc. He always did his research and came prepared. He gave us advice when we wanted it and listened to us when we didn't. He was really responsive and just went the extra mile for us in every sense. He was supportive, empathetic, patient and really advocated for us throughout our buying process. Even after we closed he helped us, gave us recommendations, checked in with us and went above and beyond. He genuinely cared about us and made sure we were taken care of in the home-buying process.
