When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house in 2020, we were absolutely terrified of the process. We met with Dan and he went over every single thing in great detail and immediately took a lot of the pressure off of us. His knowledge and expertise of the whole process absolutely put us at ease.We were searching for a house during peak Covid, when the market went crazy on Long Island. We must have looked at over 40 houses and Dan was absolutely professional and helpful with every single one. He modified his schedule to meet ours, and was always on time. He had amazing patience and didn't mind if we wanted to look at short sales, foreclosures, "fixer uppers" etc. He never steered or pushed us to look at anything we didn't want to and was very open to looking at any of the "weird" styles of homes we sometimes wanted to see. We finally found a house towards the end of 2020 and Dan got our offer accepted within hours. He understood the time crunch, as we were living in a 700sqft house with a one year old and had a second child on the way and needed to move quickly. The entire process was very smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We now have a 3br house with a nice yard and a deck in a good school district for our family to enjoy. I never would have thought this would have come true in a million years. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dan in the future if we ever decide to sell and buy another house. Thank you again!!

As firs time home purchasers it could be a very confusing, nerve racking experience. Thats when you need help from some one who knows what to do.As soon as we spoke to Daniel we knew he was the right agent for us. Hes communication skills are awesome, he just needed to know what we wanted and needed and he delivered every time. The house searched went as smooth as it could.He always fought for our best interest and always gave us open advise on what would be convenient for us. We never felt like he was just trying to get us to buy a house to make his commission. We never felt like we where in a sales person/purchasers situation it always felt like a friend that knew all about houses raging along to help us get our dream house. When we found THE HOUSE he made it was ours and at the right price not to mention how quick we got to have our keys in hands. I will like to say this, if you want your dream house but need someone who knows what they are doing, who is always in touch with you and keeps you always informed of the process, ho goes beyond your expectations and does what he has and what he doesnt have to do just to make sure everything is done as it should, someone goes the extra mile to get you that dream house that you can get to call home sweet home then Daniel Bourke is the person you must call.Thank you Daniel for everything.
