Well where do I begin? Back in June 2015 we decided that we needed more space and our current aparment was not big enough for us. While looking for an aparmant to rent in the Bronx, we realized that rent for a decent 3 bedroom apartment was thru the roof! Here we are, lost in the mist of renting! But by the grace of god we found Anthony! I actually contacted him through zillow about an apartment, we went to see it and we decided that it was not for us. Anthony was aware of our goals and backgrounds so he suggested "WHY DONT YOU GUYS BUY???" we told him were not ready.......well we decide we were ready 3 days after! We realized that we are better off buying and making an investment and this tiny suggestion came from Anthony. He saw potential in us as buyers and rapidly we started to stalk zillow and trulia for listings. Anthony spent his summer showing us houses, after house after house. Never lost his patience with us and always was one phone call away! He was with us from the start, to when we lost hope and felt we were going to give up purchasing altogether, till we actually found a VERY NICE HOME, inspections thru commitment letter thru appraisal and thru more negotiations and thru closing which was today! I highly recommend Anthony as a realtor, he is a great negotiator and will advocate on your behalf when needed, he makes you feel like things will turn out OK at the end and above all he is honest. He will advice you when a price is not appropriate etc. We're glad we contacted Anthony! He saw potential in us that we didn't even know was there!
