I began working with Heidi in March of this year. I was living in a different state at the time and that presented special challenges in the home buying process. Heidi was phenomenal in looking for a perfect place for me and kept me updated every step of the way. Even though it was difficult to search long distance, she always made time to show homes to a family member on my behalf. With the housing market being so competitive she was quick to tell me about new listings and worked diligently to give me the best possible chance at securing a home. At no time did I ever question where we were in the process and she made the entire transaction flawless. I have worked with other realtors in the past but Heidi was by far the best one I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If I could give her ten stars I would certainly do so!!!

The house we were selling was a 106 year old house. We were able to sell through a government funded loan (rural development). In retrospect, I realize the ONLY way we were able to do so was with the perseverance Heidi showed. There were a number of obstacles inherent to selling a house that old that we were unaware of, as was Heidi - but this did not stop her from finding solutions as quickly as possible. Every obstacle was overcome with relative ease on our part -but with a lot of hard work, research, phone calls and emails on Heidi's part. She was always available and always honest and helpful. We had all the information we needed to make the best decision every time a decision needed to be made. Needless to say, we are extremely thankful that we were able to work with Heidi. I highly recommend Heidi as an agent for either a seller or a buyer. I have the utmost confidence that hard work is a part of who she is and I have no doubt that she will exceed your expectations no matter what your reason is for needing a real estate agent.
