I met Jordan by happenstance when I inquired via Zillow on a house for my kids on their college campus. He was extremely responsive, friendly and patient. He showed us homes over the course of an entire year. With us being remote, and a hot market where things went quickly, he was wonderful in alerting us and responding quickly via text on opportunities. Often times he would go to the house and video for us, and wed make an offer off that. After seeing homes with him, had high confidence, he always thoroughly inspected every nook and cranny on hands and knees catching details I would have missed. It took 4 offers before we found our house. I truly believe we wouldnt have gotten the one we did if we didnt have his local presence and relationships in the community. I'm actually sad we got the house because Ill miss chatting with him, but hell be the first call I make when we sell it at graduation! Thank you Jordan!!!
