I know Mr Simonetti from when he first started in the Real Estate Business 12 years ago. At that time it was a apartment for my soon to be wife and daughter. He listened to my fianc'es requests then found her the most amazing apartment. It had exactly what she was looking for in the exact area and price range, within the first few days of looking. The experience was flawless.Shortly after, I thought I would give Lenny a shot at selling a home I owned In a declining area. He came to my home and made a few recommendations I should do before Putting it on the market, which I did. He held a open house for brokers and about eight brokers showed.Lenny put out a small spread which consisted of finger food and Hero, soda and salad etc. Impressive! There were four of the brokers that had Clients looking for what I had In my home.They made appts and walked them through. To my surprise a bidding war started,between three of them. (I never even knew this could happen). So the winner did there due diligence, all went well. But we had to do a sellers concesion to help the deal to close. Even after the concesion there was a few thousand above our asking price. Wow what an experience! Exellent , Exellent !That deal ciched it for me! Lenny will be my go to guy for any Real Estate advice, purchase, sale, or rental.After the success of that sale, it put me in a position of finding a two family home for me and my fianc'e, In the West Babylon area. With a little hunting he found what we considered was perfect for our needs. It needed a little work but nothing we could'nt handle. Lenny helped us negotiating a fare price and we were extremely happy once again. When it came time to get the apt rented, he came through with flying colors. He found us exellent tennants that pays on time or before. And they are a very nice family. Again Lenny proved to be a true proffesional and well versed in all phases of Real Estate.I also own my childhood home along with my eldest son. We were both born there and it ment a great deal to us to own it when the time came. So after my folks passing, we went partners on it. Buying out my five brothers and sisters.Although Lenny did not help with that purchase, Lenny gave me good advise along the way.A lot has happened in the last 12 yrs and we are again on the hunt for another investment property, Lenny is helping us once again. Lenny Simonetti is our go to guy because - Lenny's got the EDGE !Bill PWest Babylon Ny
