We met Shalla for the first time 2 years ago when she was helping us buy a home in Jacksonville while we were living overseas. She helped us seamlessly complete the process, which was pretty daunting as first time home buyers! Then when we were ready to sell that home due to PCS orders, Shalla was there once again to make sure we had the professional support we needed. There were issues that came up (as they inevitably will!) that she readily helped to resolve. She even paid money out of her own pocket to resolve an issue with the original listing! Linda worked with us for many years through our ups and downs, including helping us find a place to rent when we could not buy and were being forced to move from a rental due to the home being repossessed by the bank, and never waivered on getting us a new home. When we found our home on a Sunday , she got us in to see the home that night, and with the many amenities the home had to offer, seeing the home a night helped us to make the decision to put in an offer. Linda assisted us with initial bid and helped us write a letter to owners to help our chances. Our bid was accepted, and through the buying process, she kept us updated every step of the way and did everything she could to get us in the house, including dealing with a VA appraisal that did not come in as everyone expected. We were very lucky to have her as our agent and can't thank her enough.
