We could not be more pleased working with Joey on the sale of our home. From our initial meeting, Joey provided great knowledge in the comp's of the neighborhood and gave us a fair estimate for the price we should list at. Joey's expertise in social media networking showed in his ability to garner immediate attention to our home. We were quite pleased when a contract was on the table within 24 hours of listing. We did experience some bumps in the road in regards to our closing due to the buyer's lending. Joey was very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. As a busy family, it was wonderful working with a realtor who made the process easier through electronic documentation, email, and text messages. We would highly recommend Joey to our friends and family, and look forward to working with him with the purchasing of our new home later this year.

I cannot say enough good things about Joey. This was my first home buying experience and prior to reaching out to Joey, I worked with a different realtor for about a month. Big mistake. I made every tragic mistake you can think off as a first time home buyer and that individual did not make things any better or easier. Needless to say, we parted ways with that particular realtor as soon as we could. I found out about Joey, through a family member's recomendation and within (literally) three minutes of sending him an email, we received a call from him and thats how it has been ever since. Regardless of the time of day, he has kept us up to date on all aspects of the home buying process and any time we had a question we received a response within minutes-and without fail. From the moment my fiance and I found our home to the time we closed, it was less than a month-and it was painless.Not one issue through the entire homebuying process once he took over. If I could do this whole process over again, one suggestion I would make- do not randomly select a realtor as I did. Go with someone who has a good reputation and has alot of experience and I promise you Joey is all of the above.
