Charlotte is thorough, professional, and pro-active! My family's needs were very specific, and our desired location and price range didn't exactly match. Charlotte was determined to find us just the right house in the right location at the right price. Our local real estate market was crazy! When a house went on the market, there was often a contract on it within 24-48 hours. There were times we wanted to give up, but Charlotte never did!! In the words of my teenage son, "Ms. Charlotte was relentless" in finding us a home. She called late one night to tell us a new house has come on the market just moments before---there weren't even any pictures yet! But it was in just the neighborhood we had been dreaming of and at a price we could afford! We were the first to see it, the first to offer on it, and now it is ours!! My husband and I plan to grow old here together and can imagine our children and future grandchildren fishing from the backyard! Charlotte was there with us every step of the way, from helping us with our insurance needs and scheduling the home inspection and just about everything in between! We highly recommend her for any of your buying or selling needs!
