After having a less than a desirable experience with our first realtor in MS, my wife found Charlotte after researching many others. Charlottes reputation, however, exceeded all potential candidates. After our initial interaction with Charlotte, we knew we were in good hands. Although moving from state to state will always be stressful, Charlotte worked very diligently, many times late at night or behind the scenes, to ensure we had those few less things to worry about. Even when I was admittedly losing hope as Murphy constantly decided to rear his ugly head through our home buying process, Charlottes aEURoecan doaEUR? and aEURoewill doaEUR? attitude helped get us through our struggles. She has your back and always has your best interest in mind. She will be honest with you if she truly believes that there is a better house, a better area, or a better way to go about the process. Our communication was great and we even had to rely on FaceTime during our out-of-state endeavor. I could write so much more on how my wife and I enjoyed working with Charlotte, but I am very sure the previous reviews mirror her quality work. Charlotte, I really appreciate everything youve done to get us in the house we want. You took care of us and did many things we wouldnt have expected from you, but it shows you care about your clients. Charlotte is one-of-a-kind!! Charlotte helped us way beyond what any realtor duty calls for when we sold our rental property. A tenant completely trashed it causing almost $20k worth of damage while we were living over 1000 miles away. Charlotte stepped in and helped coordinate contractors and other professionals to get work done for us. She stayed in contact with us daily. Each person she helped us find was just as kind and hard working and ethical as her. She went above and beyond any and all expectations we had for this process. She helped us to get everything done quickly, offering her expertise the entire time so we could get top dollar for the property. In the end, our property sold super fast for way more than we thought it would. She knew exactly what to do to get it sold quickly for the best price. Follow what she says and you wont regret it!!
