We found John through Dave Ramseys ELP Service, and John most definitely did not disappoint. His ethical standards and quality of work is top notch. From his opening presentation on why you should use him through his tailored Market Analysis that gets the best price for your home, He and his assistant Denise always went the extra mile to ensure we were being looked after. John sold our house in less than 48 hours! John then transitioned from Sellers Agent to Buyers Agent for us. John took us into every single house we wanted to see (close to 20); no matter the distance and no matter the time needed. He was able to show us a house we absolutely loved and helped us put an offer down on it. Even though John has numerous other customers, he made us feel like we were his highest priority. We have two cases to prove this. One, on the day our original house was being sold, John drove over, with his truck, and helped put items into his truck that were deemed not necessary to remain at the property. Would other Agents be willing to put your items in their car/truck to haul away so you, the Seller, would not have to rent a truck for one day? Two, John stood up for us when it came to the Home Inspection for our new house and ensuring that all of the Safety items would be fixed, then double checking with the other Agent and family to ensure the work was done.
