My husband and I used John to sell our house and little did we know it was going to fly off the market. John was very knowledgeable about the Cedar Rapids market and what buyers wanted. He was able to get us full asking price within 13 days of putting our home on the market. He's been working with us for 9 months to find a new home. He didnt get frustrated with us when all the homes we looked at weren't exactly what we were looking for. John and his team did a great job of finding us properties to look at and he even took us to several that we had found on our own. He was able to get us in quickly to look at the homes, usually within 24 hours. Like I said his team and he were amazing. We finally found a home that was for sale by owner, John and his company handled all of the negotiations and paperwork. It was the smoothest transition we've had with buying a home.
