Joe is an extremely knowledgeable and patient agent and helped us with our first home always with our best interests in mind. He was like our personal advisor and went out of his way to research homes that would fit our criteria and budget, prepared comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy a home in an extremely competitive market. Joe was always extremely responsive, thorough, and prepared multiple offers for us in a short amount of time. Joe was very patient with us and kept positive during our search and showed us dozens of homes. He also coordinated home inspections for us, reviewed the findings and provided us good advice. When other agents tried to hide the faults in the home, Joe pointed out the problems like he was buying it for himself. He has an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract and educated us on the whole process from submitting an offer, loan application and closing through escrow. I recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a full service, personal approach to the home buying process without the high pressure of other companies. Joe assisted me in selling my parent's home in Cranston. My parents being elderly and unsure of the home-selling process were concerned about everything, but Joe was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the entire sales process to them.. ultimately making them feel comfortable with what they were attempting to do. After many years of owning homes, my parents did find themselves in a position where they did owe more than the home was worth, so we had to attempt a short sale, this added to what was already a complicated situation for my parents. But with Joe's thorough knowledge of the market, his marketing efforts to secure a buyer and his ability to negotiate with the bank to accept our buyer's offer we were able to successfully sell my parents home without a glitch. It wasn't the easiest transaction and there were a lot of variables to consider but we feel we could not have done it without Joe's help and involvement. He was thorough, responsive and made what was a difficult process appear to be easy. Thank you again Joe for all you did for my parents!
