Joe assisted me in selling my parent's home in Cranston. My parents being elderly and unsure of the home-selling process were concerned about everything, but Joe was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the entire sales process to them.. ultimately making them feel comfortable with what they were attempting to do. After many years of owning homes, my parents did find themselves in a position where they did owe more than the home was worth, so we had to attempt a short sale, this added to what was already a complicated situation for my parents. But with Joe's thorough knowledge of the market, his marketing efforts to secure a buyer and his ability to negotiate with the bank to accept our buyer's offer we were able to successfully sell my parents home without a glitch. It wasn't the easiest transaction and there were a lot of variables to consider but we feel we could not have done it without Joe's help and involvement. He was thorough, responsive and made what was a difficult process appear to be easy. Thank you again Joe for all you did for my parents!

We met Joe while he was the listing agent for a home we were interested in. We did not have an agent at that time and called him directly. About a month a go I reached out to Joe as our first step in finding a home. He immediately set us up with an MLS account that sent us listings that were tailored for exactly what we wanted. He was friendly and extremely accommodating. He encouraged us to look at as many homes as we wanted and accompanied us to every single one. He was incredibly knowledgeable, researched all the neighborhoods, and was detailed oriented able to pick out all the perks and flaws of every home. What I appreciated the most was that he never pressured us to rush into buying anything and was able to guide us when it came to putting offers in knowing the true money value of a house vs what it was being sold for. In the end, we found our perfect home faster than expected and under Joes advice we were able to put in an offer that was accepted at $30,000 less than the asking price. With his help and great references, we were even able to close on the house in just over 2 weeks! We couldnt be happier with the house we bought, the money we saved and everything our realtor Joe did for us to make it all happen. Thank you Joe!!!
