we found a house in the neighborhood we had already lived in and wanted to move on the house ASAP. my wife contacted Jay Cusack through Zillows recommendation and we couldn't be happier. Within 3 days of looking at the house we were under contract to purchase. At the same time we now had to list our home for sale and within 3 days we had 17 showings and the house was sold. Jay and his team made the buying and selling process effortless on our end. If you respond to his emails and get them the documents they ask for in a timely manner, you will have the easiest experience you could imagine.Walking after both inspections (on the purchase and sale) Jay worked hard to make sure that we were honest and fair with deductions we were asking for on the purchase and as well as what we offered on the sale. We needed the sale money to purchase our new home, and the people we were purchasing from needed the money to purchase their new home. Jay and his team made the dominoes fall into place and all three closing happened without issue on the same day. He recommends top notch attorneys and loan officers to make it as seamless as possible. They work great together and have you clear to close days in advance so that you aren't running around like crazy towards the end.If you sign with Jay whether it be the purchase or the sale of a home, all you have to do is worry about packing up your home and they take care of the rest.
