Working alongside Ms. Givens, I quickly realized that she was more about service than merely sales. She was easy to talk to and she often time provided expert advise to ease my buyer anxiety and at times fear. She is very knowledgeable of the local market and has lots of networking connections that were there to provide me with services such as home inspector, mortgage and lending companies, etc. She was never overbearing and always allowed me to make my own decisions. She learned my style and taste for nice things, which helped her to develop selected housing listings for me to peruse and select from. It is via working with Ms. Givens that I learned I had to make a decision to choose either "faith" or "fear." I went with "faith" and decided to not bail out of the home buying process. In the end I found the property that was perfect for me and I am truly enjoying it so far.

Tomeka Givens was the epitome of professionalism, and it was such a joy to work with her. She was never more than a phone call, text, or email away during the entire process. I was a first-time home buyer, and skeptical of many realtors because of the bad experience my brother had with his previous realtor. However, Tomekas expertise blew me away so much so that I recommended her to my brother after our first showing and we both bought homes with her within a few weeks! I have quite an unforgiving schedule and Tomeka had no problem showing me at least 5 homes each time we went out. She recommended the best lender, for the job and kept me well informed of all the financial incentives for which I qualified.
