I can't say enough great things about Kevin and am especially grateful to him and his team as we sit in a home that we didn't think existed. My husband and I interviewed three different realtors at the beginning of our home search and both quickly agreed Kevin was the best fit for us. His knowledge of Harford County, home building in general, quality/design is immense. Kevin gave us so much of his time and was always up for arranging last minute showings for us and working with our crazy schedules. It was an intense market and Kevin always stayed calm. We saw more houses than I can count and he was consistently knowledgeable, had answers for all of our (MANY) questions and was never pushy. We went back and forth about the type of home and potential level of renovations we wanted to do and still, Kevin was extremely kind and patient with our frequent texts, competing wish lists and our kids (who were in tow for almost every home visit and meeting). Kevin knew info about every neighborhood we visited and has robust connections to an array of contractors, service providers and other helpul resources. (During inspection and since settlement we've utilized his referred contractors and all of them have been wonderful too!) Looking for the right house was a LONG journey for us and Kevin was there every step of the way. He made an extremely complicated process feel easy and straightforward and we're so excited to now be in a home that is perfect for our family. If you're considering Kevin or his team you definitely will not regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
