A close friend got us in contact with John when we decided that we wanted to move back to the East Coast from San Francisco. He immediately started helping us find a home and guided us through the ins and outs of the process. We let him know generally what we were looking for and he guided us to areas of Columbia, SC that fit what we were looking for. We began by sending him houses (via email) that we were interested in. We planned a weekend trip so that we could go look at the area and the properties that we had selected.. We met John for breakfast on our first day in town to go over the game plan for the weekend. To our surprise John had dedicated his entire weekend to us and had three days of house hunting planned out to the minute so that we could get as much ground covered as possible. We couldnt have asked for more from him yet he kept out doing himself. On day two we wanted to make some adjustments to the houses we had scheduled and John graciously accommodated us. Thanks to him being so flexible and knowledgeable we were able to find the exact house we wanted for our family. In the span of two days we looked for a house, made an offer and had it accepted. But wait there?s more....we headed back to San Francisco but John stayed busy making sure that every detail was taken care of from minor A/C issues and the inspection to helping us game plan our cross country family move. John Duncan was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get this done for us and we will be forever grateful! RLTW!
