Juli Anne is amazing. We were first-time home buyers who began our home search while still living across the country in North Carolina-- so unsurprisingly, we had a lot of anxiety and questions. Juli Anne explained the buying process clearly (and re-explained patiently when needed) and shared a ton of local information that made it easy for us to fall in love with Tacoma. She sent us new listings daily, and refined the types of properties she sent our way as she learned more about what we like. We traveled to Washington one weekend a couple of months before our move to see properties in person, and although the trip was well worth the time and expense because it allowed us to get to know the area and meet Juli Anne in person, we did not, unfortunately, find the house that we ultimately purchased. When it came on the market a few weeks later, Juli Anne took the time to take a meticulous video of the property (inside and out) so that we could check it out. The house was charming and right in our price range, we knew based on our previous visit that we loved the area, and, quite honestly, we trusted Juli Anne enough that we decided to go for it. We moved in about a week and a half ago and although we are of course still getting settled, we are extremely happy in our new home. I definitely recommend Juli Anne.

Juli Anne really knows her business and for my husband and me that was very fortunate. We had made the decision to move from a house to a condo and we were checking availability and completing the walk through without professional advice. Realtors representing the sellers were all very nice but not able to answer many of our questions about the condo buying process. One or two also didn't know their product very well. When we found Juli Anne she was head and shoulders above the other realtors for her knowledge, follow through and understanding of what we were trying to achieve with our shift to a condo. Plus, she was engaging and funny, so nice to be around during a stressful process. Of course we had an "issue" once we made a decision about purchasing, but Juli Anne made an excellent recommendation on resolution that was accepted by the buyer and was ultimately good for us as well. Juli Anne was wonderful during our recent home buying experience. We met her after walking into her office during a trip to Tacoma, while still deciding if we were going to relocate to Tacoma, and being unfamiliar with the town and neighborhoods. Juli Anne took us all over and showed us the neighborhoods and properties even though at that time we had not yet sold our home in Las Vegas. She was so friendly and professional that we left feeling that we had met a new friend. She stayed in touch with us in Las Vegas while we were selling our home there and provided input and advice about properties that we were interested in. She met us the day after we arrived in Tacoma to purchase our new home, even though it was right before Christmas. She showed us multiple properties and then went to bat for us when other offers had been recieved on the home that we were hoping to purchase. She even met us on Christmas eve at our home to coordinate and make sure we had the keys, inspections etc. She is literally the best-really!! We cannot recommend Juli Anne enough.
