My wife and I met Roy early in the home building process. We didnt know much about the building process, Roy walked us through it and gave us many options to choose from. We knew there were a few builders in the area and Roy knew exactly how they all worked and their reputation. We particularly wanted a new built/custom home which is exactly what we got. With a prime location in Cheshire, Roy helped us with ideas such as home layout, material usage, color, finishes etc. He showed us many other houses through the building process so we had visuals like for our siding, tile, paint etc. Roy is kind and a stand up guy. He made us feel like he was our friend through the whole process. He doesnt hold back when it comes to sticky situation wether its with the builder or other realtors. Hes knowledge in the area is on point. I would recommend Roy to get you in the home you had in mind. Whether its a new built or not, give him a call.
