Weve worked with and/or interviewed several agents in the past, and I will say, Kayla is by far the most impressive. Here are some details about why:* Shes like the Mary Poppins of real estate. Do you need an amazing mortgage lender? Cool, shes got a contact. Do you need an inspection person on 24 hours notice who is the most thorough inspector ever? Done, she knows a guy. Do you need a contractor that will do solid work to make your house sell and show well? Awesome, shes got them booked for tomorrow morning. SeriouslyaEUR| how does she know so many people.* Shes the most responsive human ever. As someone who emails for a living, I respect that Kaylas faster than me. Its truly scary. Like, I wonder if she has a clone.* Shes a therapist. As first time home sellers, I had no idea how personal and emotional this process would be. Instead of rushing or making me feel unheard/unseen, she took on the added role of being my therapist and hearing me out and supporting me/us through the process. I think I may have yelled at her out of sheer stress, and she graciously responded with unparalleled kindness. Also, random note to tech folks aEUR" shes really good with nerds :) * Shes crazy good at real estate. Like, shes a strategist by every metric. (And this is something that everyone weve engaged with who knows her seemed to validate. Unsolicited, they all said, aEURoeShe is the absolute best. Theres no one better.aEUR?) Shes the Yoda of her trade. She knows exactly how and what to do to get the best of the all the things. Also, she seems to know all the agents in this area, so she knows specifically who is bringing a good deal to the table. AgainaEUR| how does she know all the people.Weve asked Kayla to be our buying and selling agent, and we dont regret it for a second. Were beyond grateful for her, and honestly would recommend her to any veteran or first-time home buyer/seller. Just.. please dont bother her when we want to sell/buy again because we want her time when we do :)
