Kayla Preston and the rest of her team with the Vija Group were AMAZING to work with throughout the entirety of our search and purchase of a new home. We began our search thinking we were looking in one geographic area, but eventually decided on a completely different area--and Kayla easily adapted and was equally supportive and responsive to this shift. She is a great listener and always cued in to both our desires and our concerns as buyers, and she has a confident, dedicated finesse that worked miracles toward helping us achieve our dreams of homeownership. Our housing transaction ended up being quite complex as it included an estate sale as well as an FHA 203k rehab loan. Kayla was engaged, patient, supportive, and a strong voice for us throughout the whole process, helping to answer any questions that came up. We also faced a number of hurdles (some quite major) that lead to several closing delays--but ultimately Kayla's sincere dedication to making our dreams happen were exemplified in her hard work, determination, and clear communication with all involved in the transaction. She is a true miracle worker, along with the amazing people who work with The Touchette Team at Caliber Home Loans--their teamwork and professional excellence is what made our home purchase a success (when at one point it truly seemed like everything was about to fall through). We can't say enough positive things about the Vija Group and the Touchette Team. They truly care about their clients and are invested in helping them realize their dreams of homeownership.

So we were in touch with Kayla as she is part of a Non-Profit fund raising group of young adults. Once we knew we were moving, but without an actual moving date, from the beginning she was there. With every call, e-mail or text message, she was always there and responsive within 4 hours. At first, I was wondering why she isn't answering, but once we looked at houses, she gave me her undivided attention and made sure that she was answering any questions I had. If she didn't know, she said she would find out and always got back to me.I've met a lot of Realtors, but none that has made me and my husband feel like we were the priority. It isn't an easy promise to move the entire family, so it's helpful having someone who is calm and collective throughout the entire process. Since we were moving from out of state, Kayla made sure that we had the keys and the heat was turned on for our welcoming. Above and Beyond is what I would say about Kayla and now I am very happy to call her my friend. How many other Realtors can you say that about?Thank you Kayla.
