Kimberly is a real estate agent you can imagine working with for your entire life, not just for a single transaction. Ill detail working with her in a moment, but if you need an executive summary, its this:Kimberly listens closely to you. She is thoughtful in her approach, and works incredibly hard to make things work and Kimberly takes care of her clients by being responsive, collaborative, and constantly going beyond whats expected.THE DETAILSMy wife and I interviewed a series of agents to help us sell a rather grand, rather intricate area.We chose to work with Kimberly Coulson because she presented a plan that we valued and appreciated. Her plan was unlike that of the other agents we interviewed. It put more pressure on her as an agent to find the right buyer. It took pressure off of us to stage our home and prepare for a series of open houses. And it gave us room to understand how the market might respond before setting a final price for listing.Kimberly found the right buyer through a series of private showings and continuous legwork. And he got us a wonderful price. She shepherded the deal over the line by communicating constantly with all parties and pulling in reliable resources as needed. In short, Kimberly was excellent .THE BONUSBut the story doesnt end there. We sold our home so that we could buy a family home. Because we planned to purchase directly from family, we did not involve an agent aEUR" just an attorney. For the most part, that worked fine aEUR" except when it didnt.On more than one occasion, even after wed completed our sale with Kimberly, we reached out to her for advice on how to handle a particular item related to our purchase aEUR" e.g. how to gather the right comps for the appraisal, or scheduling certain inspections. Not only did she respond, but in each case she connected us directly with the people or information we needed. Note, Kimberly wasnt making commission from our purchase. But she believes in amazing service, and backs that up each step of the way. We thank Kimberly for all of her work, and we recommend her fully.

Lili was awesome to work with! Being first time home buyers in the US, we didnt know much about the home purchase process. Lili explained the complete process from start to finish for us. She was very hardworking, quick to respond, great at communication and patient! I sent her messages and emails to ask all kinds of questions, even sometimes late at night, she always responded immediately. She negotiated the best possible deal for us, and we won the bid in a multiple offer situation, even though we weren't the highest offer. And our competing offer was a lot higher than ours. She guided us through each step of the transaction. We were so happy overall and really appreciate how hard she worked for us throughout the process.We would highly recommend her if anybody is looking for an agent who truly cares for you and fights the hardest for you!

First, I would like to say that Celia was just fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her. I was looking for a home in Washington state area. I was looking to relocate from California. I was having a tough time as buying a home can be a real challenge living so far away from where you want to live. Anyway, I traveled to Washington and looked around but had no luck on my own. I had tried another realtor who was not motivated. I return to California and found Celia by chance via web. We spoke briefly and she asked me what I was looking for. Gave her a description of what I need it and price range. She did the leg work with the shopping and putting in the offers. Through the process I felt like I was her only client as she was very responsive via the phone, text and even email. The home she found was near one of the locations I had asked her to check for me. The photos online looked good and yes, I am not crazy; I had my mom and niece verify that the photos match the home. They live in Washington state so it was easy to verify the photos. Anyway, Celia put in the offer for me and had an inspector check the home in no time. She worked with a lender already which I checked up on and so I went with them. The inspector did find some minor items which the seller was able to fix. Through the whole process she kept checking on me and making sure I had my ducks in a row to close on time. We closed on time and I could not be here on the closing day as I had to travel for work and Celia held my new home keys until I got there. Buying a new home can be a scary and frustrating thing. But having Celia by my side it made the whole process a very good experience. Grateful I she was on my team. Now I am a new home owner.
