She is surely the BEST realtor in Newark, CA. Nicole, helped us buy our first home. As first-time home buyers, we did have our share of anxiety until we met Nicole. She is extremely trustworthy and did her homework thoroughly on each and every property we considered. She understood our taste and requirements very well. She was always available whenever we had questions and helped us until the remodeling was complete. One aspect we loved the most is, she never pushed us into placing a bid on houses that we did not like. She always encouraged us to wait for the home that we liked wholeheartedly. Her estimated sales price on the home was spot on. The purchase price was within the appraised amount, plus checked off all our boxes. Our home needed a lot of work as we designed it to be a contemporary "smart" home and she recommend her friend and contractor Nick who picked up the project and completed the project within the promised timeframe with very reasonable pricing. I strongly recommend Nicole both for her experience, commitment towards customers, as well as her ability to seamlessly service customer's evolving interests and needs through the house search.

We are so fortunate to have chosen Omar as our real estate agent. There is no way we would have found a home so quickly in such a competitive market without him. We had done a years worth of research and thought we were prepared, but Omar took it to the next level. He is experienced. His understanding of how appraisers think was phenomenal. We ended up bidding on 5 properties and his estimates of what would be the winning bids were spot on. This gave us a huge edge and we ultimately won a bid for significantly less than we were prepared to pay for it. He is accommodating. We felt like we had someone working for us versus the vibe we got from other real estate agents who left us feeling like we were working for them. He would make his recommendations but ultimately let us make the final decisions. He was always prompt to respond to our phone calls. He is knowledgeable. He knew how to maximize our specific financial position. I felt he got us the best property our of how much we had to spend. He flat out told us not to bid on a couple of properties we were interested in knowing we could get better for less and we ending up with a home much nicer than we anticipated. He is personable. Absolutely made this challenging process so much easier with his interaction with the sellers agent, sellers themselves, home inspector, mortgage company, and advise on how to handle our title, etc. etc. He was always very upfront and frank about what you can expect which is what anyone needs when they are making such a life changing decision. He is invaluable. We would highly recommend simply giving him a call to explain your situation. Thats how we started out and he gave us a step by step breakdown of what he recommended we do on each step of the process to not only find but actually buy a home. If you are serious about buying a home and you value having a fast, friendly, money saving partner on your side then Omar is well worth your time!

This review is long overdue. We have worked with Omar for the past 4 years. He helped us purchase our first townhome few years back, Last year not only helped buy our first independent home but also sell our old townhome. Looking for a house during the pandemic was not easy - but Omar made it so seamless. Few qualities I wanted to highlight about Omar is that he is extremely patient with respect to showing houses based on our ever changing checklist. On top of that he really understands the neighborhood and the market in general that just by looking at the street he gives us a thumbs up or a down. His background in understanding the overall construction behind the house really helped paint a clean picture on what to expect once we get the house or even if the house is worth investing. Especially if additional construction work is required he very easily points out things that need to be done and what the potential cost would be. In addition, Omar has a very keen sense of understanding where the house final price would end at and always kept us in the top 3 during bidding.
