If youre reading this review - your search stops here! Omar is by far the best agent you could ask for. We asked for so much - house tours during covid, wanting to find a house and get keys within a month before our little one was due, asking to go back to the house multiple, multiple times before closing was finalized, and so much more - and he delivered! Omar also has great expertise in a variety of related areas - remodeling any part of a home (we were focused on the backyard), helping inspect the house and go through disclosures, and more. Last but not least, hes very well known, connected, and respected in the area which will give you a HUGE boost when youre ready to put down an offer. After researching multiple lenders, Omars recommendation was by far the best to work with, and with his guidance putting our offer together, we got our perfect house on the first shot (and were first time home buyers!).
