I have to say I've worked with a lot of realtors in my days and I have to admit that Omar exceeded my expectations. The best thing about Omar is his response time. He always called us back right away and answered any questions we had via email, phone and text. I never felt like a pest. He has so much experience, it really showed when we worked with him. The sellers weren't the easiest people to deal with but since Omar stayed in constant communication with them, things that could have been dealer breakers or really bumpy were smoothed over because of how he handled every situation. I would highly recommend Omar if you're looking for a home or are just think about purchasing. We started having discussions with Omar about a year before we started looking. We put offers on many homes before our final one was accepted and closed. His guidance and professionalism is GOLDEN. Just talk to him and you will see. My husband and I are truly thankful for all the hard work and negotiating he did on our behalf. Thank you!! When we need a new place, we will be calling Omar!!

The first thing that comes to mind about house hunting process is the volume of work (paper work / laborious search / offers & counter offers ). For the sake of context, we started our house hunting at the peak of sellers market. Amidst all these challenges, Nicole and Paul were able to assist in every way possible through phone calls and texts. Its because of Nicole's expertise that we realized the actual value of house we were living in and based off of that, we could target a much better neighborhood and house. While all the other realtors we consulted couldnt give us a good estimate for the house we were living at, Nicole and Paul actually walked through the whole house and considered all the factors. My wife and I decided to sell our home and we teamed up with an agent who did not have the best plan of attack. This was our first time selling a house and we were unaware of the process.
