First off, my future wife and I are very picky. We had a pretty hefty must have list. One of the biggest was a spectacular view of the Cleveland National Forest. We already had that view at our last house, and that was the real deal maker to get us to move. We had been outgrowing the previous house for some time and needed more space. Weve been eyeing up Sycamore Creek for some time, but just couldnt find the right house. Joe patiently showed us some houses in Sycamore Creek, The Retreat, and Eagle Glen. A few were almost perfect, but there was always that one deal breaker. One house was looking like "the one" and we were getting excited. Looked in the garage and only 2 car garage. Another big must have was having a 3 car garage. We have 3 vehicles and playing musical cars in the driveway was getting old fast!Joe is very familiar with the different models, floor plans, and builders in Sycamore Creek and the surrounding neighborhoods. So he knew it was just a matter of time for the right one to pop up for sale. In the mean time we started making preparations to sell our house. It would have to sell fast when we did find our dream home. Joe gave us a realistic evaluation of what we could expect from our house and we had a better idea what we could afford. One day we were randomly driving around looking at open houses. We saw a house in Sycamore Hills that was beautiful. Although we thought it was too big and expensive, we decided to look at it anyway. We fell in love with the house right away. It had everything we were looking for and more! It was a divorce sale and the owner was motivated. We went to look at another open house down the street. As we were leaving, guess who we ran into coming in? Joe of course, checking out all the new properties on his watch! Well, we all went back up to the house we were excited about, and gave it another good look over. We left and discussed the strategy. To get this house, we would need to get an offer soon and get our house listed and sold! Joe went right to work and I have to say he really went the extra mile for us. We listed the house and it was sold and in escrow in less than a week! Even before the sign went up, we had an acceptable offer! Well, the house we were buying wasnt exactly easy to negotiate due to the divorce sale. There were many bumps in the road, but Joe helped us through and we eventually ironed out all the little and big issues. It was very stressful selling and buying in such a quick time frame, but Joe definitely made it as smooth as possible. I know he really understood and we could tell he really cares. We finally got through it all and we closed. We were slightly behind due to the holidays and we were in a hurry since our buyers were eager to start moving too. Right after we closed we recorded on New Years Eve and started moving in! Joe even got us a bunch of moving boxes and recommended some awesome movers. Joe was always a text, call, or a facebook message away. We are very happy in our new aEURoedream homeaEUR?. If for some reason we ever decide to buy and sell again (very doubtful)! LOL! We will definitely use Joe again and we highly recommend him. He really is a miracle man and made things happen for us. Looking forward to having him as our neighbor and friend. I selected Joe to list my home because of the reviews he had received on Zillow and because of the number of homes he had closed in the last year in my neighborhood. Now that I am sitting in my new home I can honestly say that Joe was 100% responsible for making my dreams a reality. In these challenging times it is not easy to find the right buyer and then once you think you have a deal there are many variables that can cause a deal to fall apart. Joe was the glue that kept my deal together. In my case I was selling a larger house to downsize and also get a second small condo for my son to live in. Everyone kept saying it is nearly impossible to close 3 properties on time and have it all happen as scheduled. But that is exactly what happened. All three properties closed simultaneously. The process was demanding, the paperwork overwhelming, and getting packed and moved exhausting, but through it all each time we hit a bump in the road, Joe was there and accepted problems created by others, as his responsibility to resolve. He always had a solution to keep the deal alive. Thank you Joe for ALWAYS going the extra mile.
