Last May we were in the process of moving to Johnson City and we were fortunate enough to find Scott. He is attentive, polite, very knowledgeable, and personable. He has a great amount of knowledge about construction and remodeling. We had a limited amount of time to find a house but Scott managed the time perfectly. We visited so many houses and at each one, we were trying to go over things that we would like to add or change. It was great to have him, because he would take the time to tell us if our changes would be possible as well as the potential cost to do the changes. We ended up finding a beautiful property. He took a lot of his personal time to help us with designing the new area that we wanted to build out. He found us a reliable general contractor and was checking on us regularly. He is a very reliable, hard working, and makes sure you are happy with your decision. I will definitely recommend Scott to anybody that is looking for a property.
