The property I wanted had been on market for one year and one day when I found it. I fell in love the minute I saw it and knew I HAD to have it. unfortunately it went under contract that same day. I explained to Rachel (whom also helped me sell my townhome the previous year) how bad I wanted it, and I wished her to make contact with the listing agent weekly to see if the deal falls thru. well, she did. She was to thorough and diligent with her communications to the listing agent. Thanks to Gods amazing grace, that deal fell thru and Rachel was able to make a deal quickly for me, and I was able to get my forever home. Almost a year later I'm still in heaven, and I feel it truly happened because she knew what to do, and got it done for me. Note: my townhome had been listed twice before her with no luck. she had my townhome sold within four months. She has a great network, and is very good at what she does. David does a great job promoting the home with his pics. This duo is amazing and work hard. Highly recommended.
