When my husband and I first decided to put our home on the market, my husband was very hesitant on hiring a real estate agent thinking we could do it on our own. I reached out to Mr. Jimenez to get general information about selling our home. He responded almost immediately and started doing research on our home and location. He met with us a few days later and had everything lined up for us, from the estimate value of our home considering the area, he provided us with honest advice and selling tips. Luckily, my husband decided to give it a try with a real estate agent; Mr. Jimenez posted our home that same day. After maybe 4-5 home showings to our surprise (and everyone else we know), Mr. Jimenez was able to get our home under contract in 8 days of being listed!! We were definitely not prepared to sell that quickly but he rapidly calmed our fears and immediately assisted us with searching for a new home. He recommended we get pre-approved with Expedient Mortgage (this place deserves its own review- WOW-, they're awesome!). When we found our now new home, Eric helped us put in the offer, negotiate the home price, seller concessions, and submit any repairs that were needed. The entire process from selling to buying was a breeze. He stayed in direct contact at all times (via email & text). Do yourself the favor, save the headaches and hire Eric Jimenez!!
