We came across Jeff on Zillow and contacted him about a property we were interested in buying. Jeff contacted us back that day and we talked about what we were looking for and our budget. Jeff worked with us to get the pre-approval letter from the bank and then showed us condos that were within those parameters. He never tried to upsell us or make us feel bad for not liking a property. He really listened to our wants and needs and never pressured us into looking at something we did not think was going to work.Jeff also negotiated very well with us. Being first time home-buyers we were really unsure of the process and how to approach negotiations, but Jeff really helped us out with that. We couldn't be happier.Jeff was truly a gem.We would recommend him to anyone, including our friends and family. We were first time home-buyers and Jeff helped us through the process and explained each part as it was happening. He was incredibly helpful and extremely responsive. He always responded to emails within an hour or two and always answered his phone or called us back immediately. If we buy a condo again, we will definitely be using Jeff as our agent. Jeff is from the East Boston area, so he knows the local area very well; that made us very comfortable buying from him. He is familiar with the area...he knew exactly what we were looking for before we even knew! :)
