Jeff is one of the most professional and thoughtful people I have come to work with. He has rented out our place for us over the years while we were living across the country and just recently represented us in the sale of the real estate asset. We had an agreement between us, property listed, and open home scheduled within hours. He reached out to his network and had a full price offer within days. Throughout the process he handled communication and coordinate with the current tenant and even found him a place to move into just a couple doors down. Everything was complete within 30 days with no hiccups and my wife and I felt as through acquiring and selling real estate should always be this easy. Jeff was all around an excellent agent to work with. Once I got my loan pre-approval, he knew I was serious about buying and we were off to the races. My girlfriend and I knew we wanted to live in Chelsea and sent him every zillow listing that caught our attention, Jeff then filtered them by considering location and whether they would qualify for financing and put together our first day of showings. It quickly became apparent that he has been in this business a long time, as his knowledge about the area, home construction, interior design and financing is impressive. There were a couple homes we toured extensively, and a couple where we didn't even go in the front door. This didn't matter to him and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. After we had exhausted the listings and hadn't found something we liked, I simply told him where exactly in Chelsea we wanted to live, and to let us know when something was available. To our good fortune, a seller contacted Jeff later that month on the street that was our top choice. Jeff was able to put a deal together between us without the condo even going onto the market, we were very pleased with his negotiation advice and neutrality while representing both us and the seller. Jeff then facilitated the closing process very smoothly, having a well oiled team of real estate lawyer, financing, home inspector and appraisal. We closed right on time and are very happy in the new home!
