I have dealt with several realtors in venango county, erie county, warren county, and chautauqua county. My experiences with these realtors has always been lacking or less than appealing. By luck I was appointed heather canaley to show me homes in the chautauqua county area. Heather was incredibly professional, kind, informed, and came prepared. After some weeks of working together heather began getting to know my family and I and because she got to know us she got to know about our needs and wants. She gave me the overwhelming feeling she was MY agent, WORKING FOR ME.Heather always came with printouts on homes, did research on the neighborhoods and when she didnt have answers I needed she either contacted someone who would have them or got back to me with the info.Because she got to know us she was free to offer her opinion when asked and even let me bounce ideas or issues back and forth to troubleshoot.Heather made time for me and has spent several weeks and hours working for or with me.
