I was a first time homebuyer, who was looking for a certain floorplan. Once I found that, I also found April. One of the best things that couldve happened to me in this process. Being my first property and having zero clue what a short sale actually meant, April was there every step of the way. At any given time, all I needed to do was pick up the phone in this strenuous process. Always with a comforting answer, and would never guide me in the wrong direction. If there was research needed for a particular situation, should would even double check herself to ensure her information was correct. Always willing to go the extra mile whenever it was needed to make sure that my needs were taken care of. Throughout the long process, I am glad that I had her, she completely was a huge part in the settling of my familys dream home. If anyone was looking for a property in the local area, the first thing I would do is bring them straight to April. Thank you very much for everything April.
