We met with Neil to put a home that we inherited on the market. He was rude from the start. Didn't introduce himself to my wife, he walked up to her and wanted to know who she was. The house is in need of major repair and we were just trying to get his advice on what we could realistically expect to get. He walked in and saw the kitchen sink and he threw up his hands and said "I, I just can't do this!" He proceeded to tell us about the neighborhood (like we don't know these facts) and asked if we had spoken to any other realtors. We said we had and then he proceeded to tell us "Well.. if they can get you any money, then more power to them!" He then walked out the door, (didn't close it behind him), walked out the gate (left it open) then squealed his tires when leaving the house. VERY unprofessional!!!! I guess the house wasn't up to his arrogant standards! I DO NOT recommend him or his company to anyone, unless you want to be treated like crap.
